Third Line Technician

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Solving advanced technical problems in Microsoft sysadmin, networking, servers, and applications
• ▹Performing root-cause analyses and implementing long-term solutions
• ▹Further developing the ITIL methodology, with a focus on Problem & Change Management
• ▹Working with public Microsoft cloud solutions such as Azure and M365
• ▹Participating in and leading technical projects around system upgrades, migrations, and technical development
• ▹Documenting solutions and contributing to the internal knowledge base
• ▹Serving as mentor and technical support for First and Second Line
• ▹Working with automation and scripting (e.g. PowerShell)
• ▹Ensuring customers' IT environments are stable, secure, and scalable

Requirements

• ▹Good knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure/Intune
• ▹Experience with public cloud solutions and/or virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
• ▹Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting
• ▹Experience working with security, backup, and access management
• ▹Experience with network troubleshooting, firewalls, VPN, and WiFi
• ▹Very good Swedish and English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Understanding of and experience with ITIL and creating relevant documentation
• ▹Microsoft or similar certifications
• ▹Experience with Linux, SQL, VDI solutions
