Tessero is looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist for a consulting assignment at an international pharmaceutical company in Uppsala. The assignment is 6 months with a good chance of extension, full time. The role covers operation, maintenance and development of business-critical infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

▹Operation, management and lifecycle handling of server and infrastructure services
▹Troubleshooting and handling of incidents, problems and changes
▹Administration of Windows Server environments, Active Directory and VMware platforms
▹Installation and configuration of clients
▹Handling of backup, restore and recovery processes
▹Planning and carrying out installations, upgrades and technical changes
▹Monitoring, patch management, capacity planning and preventive maintenance
▹Producing and updating technical documentation
▹Collaboration with global IT functions, suppliers and the business
▹Taking part in risk analyses and working according to established quality and security requirements

Requirements

▹At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and server operations
▹Deep expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware virtualisation, backup and restore solutions, and operation and management of infrastructure services
▹Experience with patch management, monitoring and capacity follow-up
▹Experience in Incident, Problem and Change Management
▹Good habit of technical documentation
▹Ability to work independently and drive activities from analysis to implementation
▹Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written

Nice to have

▹Experience with ServiceNow
▹Experience with Commvault or a comparable enterprise backup solution
▹Experience with Azure and hybrid infrastructure solutions
▹Experience with NetApp or other enterprise storage
▹Knowledge of MS SQL
▹Knowledge of PowerShell and automation
▹Experience from GMP- or GxP-regulated operations, the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated environment
▹Experience with system management and database environments
