IT Infrastructure Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹Operation, management and lifecycle handling of server and infrastructure services
• ▹Troubleshooting and handling of incidents, problems and changes
• ▹Administration of Windows Server environments, Active Directory and VMware platforms
• ▹Installation and configuration of clients
• ▹Handling of backup, restore and recovery processes
• ▹Planning and carrying out installations, upgrades and technical changes
• ▹Monitoring, patch management, capacity planning and preventive maintenance
• ▹Producing and updating technical documentation
• ▹Collaboration with global IT functions, suppliers and the business
• ▹Taking part in risk analyses and working according to established quality and security requirements

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and server operations
• ▹Deep expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware virtualisation, backup and restore solutions, and operation and management of infrastructure services
• ▹Experience with patch management, monitoring and capacity follow-up
• ▹Experience in Incident, Problem and Change Management
• ▹Good habit of technical documentation
• ▹Ability to work independently and drive activities from analysis to implementation
• ▹Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with ServiceNow
• ▹Experience with Commvault or a comparable enterprise backup solution
• ▹Experience with Azure and hybrid infrastructure solutions
• ▹Experience with NetApp or other enterprise storage
• ▹Knowledge of MS SQL
• ▹Knowledge of PowerShell and automation
• ▹Experience from GMP- or GxP-regulated operations, the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated environment
• ▹Experience with system management and database environments
