Responsibilities

• ▹Operate, maintain and manage the lifecycle of server and infrastructure services
• ▹Administer Windows Server, Active Directory and virtualization platforms
• ▹Handle incidents, problems and changes
• ▹Install and configure clients and infrastructure services
• ▹Manage backup, restore and recovery processes
• ▹Plan and carry out installations, upgrades and technical changes
• ▹Monitoring, patch management, capacity tracking and preventive maintenance
• ▹Create and update technical documentation
• ▹Collaborate with internal and global IT functions and external vendors
• ▹Take part in risk analyses and work according to established quality and security requirements

Requirements

• ▹At least five years of experience in IT infrastructure and server operations
• ▹Able to work independently in complex IT environments
• ▹Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware and backup solutions
• ▹Good understanding of operations, maintenance and infrastructure processes
• ▹Experience with incident management, change management and technical documentation

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Azure, ServiceNow, Commvault, NetApp, PowerShell or MS SQL
• ▹Experience from GMP-regulated operations, the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated environments
