Responsibilities

• ▹Support the Technical Success Manager in day-to-day work
• ▹Maintain administrative processes (project time tracking, ticket system: backend, reporting)
• ▹Support time-tracking management and documentation
• ▹Prepare, follow up on and file documents
• ▹Coordinate and maintain internal overviews, lists and databases in Azure DevOps
• ▹Support scheduling and internal communication

Requirements

• ▹Enrolled student at a university or college
• ▹Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• ▹Careful handling of confidential information
• ▹Good organizational skills and high initiative
• ▹Confident use of MS Office and Notion
• ▹Interest in technical and organizational processes
• ▹Able to work both independently and in a team
• ▹Native or fluent German
• ▹Good English
• ▹Available 15-20 hours per week (by arrangement)
