[Bosch R&D - Internship] AI Agent Building Intern

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Support the development of AI Agents for engineering use cases using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Python, and LangChain framework
• ▹Understand core components of AI Agent architecture, including prompt design, tool integration, memory management, orchestration, and evaluation of responses
• ▹Design and implement data ingestion pipelines, connecting to enterprise data sources (e.g. SharePoint, databases, APIs) for intelligent retrieval and summarization
• ▹Support the development of agent workflows for engineering processes (e.g. document analysis, test report summarization, problem-solving support such as 8D)
• ▹Assist in building and integrating AI capabilities into existing platforms (e.g. Azure, Power Platform, DevOps)
• ▹Conduct testing, evaluation, and performance measurement of AI agents (accuracy, latency, completeness of answers), and document results
• ▹Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and data experts to continuously improve agent capabilities and usability

Requirements

• ▹Undergraduate student majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or related fields
• ▹Strong background in programming and computational problem solving (preferably Python)
• ▹Basic understanding or experience (academic projects acceptable) in AI/ML, NLP, or chatbot/agent development
• ▹Strong interest in AI Agent technologies, Generative AI, and applied engineering use cases
• ▹Willingness to learn new technologies, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• ▹Good communication skills in English and ability to work in an international team environment

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with Python frameworks (e.g. LangChain), REST APIs, or Microsoft platforms (Power Platform, Azure)
