Responsibilities

• ▹Triage, qualify and drive the resolution of complex technical issues escalated by sales engineers, customers and support
• ▹Own the Sustaining Engineering function end-to-end
• ▹Lead a rotating squad of engineers
• ▹Act as the organization's Incident Manager
• ▹Enforce strict metrics to ensure critical product issues are solved rapidly and permanently
