AI Enablement Lead [gn] Data Intelligence

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and maintain core AI orchestration layers, centralized API gateways, and reusable frameworks (e.g. RAG architectures, agentic frameworks)
• ▹Collaborate with core engineering teams to embed production-ready generative AI and machine learning features into the Data Intelligence Platform
• ▹Establish guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring tools to track model performance, bias, data privacy, and security
• ▹Monitor and manage cloud and API compute spend and optimize execution latency for production AI features
• ▹Lead workshops and create documentation to upskill non-AI engineering teams
• ▹Drive high-impact AI proof-of-concepts to production-grade code
• ▹Define and enforce the organization's AI stack, from vector database selection to semantic caching mechanisms
• ▹Evaluate and manage partnerships with AI model providers and assess open-source models
• ▹Define and track operational metrics such as developer adoption rates, time-to-market reduction, and ROI of AI tools

Requirements

• ▹Strong background as a Senior AI/ML Engineer, LLMOps Engineer, or Software Architect who has built and scaled AI-powered applications in enterprise SaaS or data platforms
• ▹Deep technical expertise in Python or Go, semantic search, vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Milvus, pgvector), orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and LLM fine-tuning/prompt engineering
• ▹High-agency mindset, proactively building frameworks ahead of team needs
• ▹Understanding of CI/CD and software engineering rigor applied to AI development
