The QA Automation Team is the ultimate guardian of the platform's reliability, scalability and deployment velocity; in a complex, data-heavy ecosystem, continuous and intelligent automation replaces manual testing as a bottleneck. The QA Automation Lead will architect, scale and own the automated testing strategy end-to-end, leading a dedicated team of automation engineers, embedding quality gates into CI/CD pipelines, and using data-driven metrics to eliminate regressions before they reach production.
