Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze clients' technical needs and design tailored solutions (infrastructure, network, cloud, security)
• ▹Support sales meetings as a technical expert and contribute to presentations
• ▹Develop architecture configurations and write technical proposals
• ▹Coordinate pre-sales documentation: service sheets, workload plans, technical files
• ▹Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure overall consistency
• ▹Monitor technology innovations and vendor/publisher offerings
• ▹Contribute to responding to public and private tenders and track opportunities in the CRM

Requirements

• ▹Higher education degree in IT
• ▹5 years of experience in pre-sales or as a systems/network engineer/administrator with a strong client relationship focus
• ▹Broad understanding of IT projects and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• ▹Curiosity, rigor, service orientation, adaptability
• ▹Comfortable with vendor configuration tools, the Office suite and CRM tools
• ▹Good level of technical English, written and spoken
