Responsibilities

• ▹Adopt and promote continuous architecture: short iterations, documented decisions (ADR), systemic feedback, and alignment with business objectives
• ▹Cross-functional and functional management of Michelin teams (France, India, other zones) and partners
• ▹Co-build the x86 DataCenter technical strategy: short/mid/long-term roadmaps, modernization paths, obsolescence management, and alignment with enterprise architecture
• ▹Orchestrate architecture activities with Delivery teams: ensure decisions are made at the right level and time; arbitrate between risk, value and cost
• ▹Ensure compliance with standards, guidelines and policies (security, resilience, performance, capacity, DR/BCP, identity management, observability, regulatory compliance)
• ▹Design target architectures and detailed designs (HLD/LLD): high availability, performance, security by design, scalability, maintainability, automation
• ▹Support the IaaS transformation: define service patterns, catalog, service levels (SLI/SLO), and infrastructure automation (IaC)
• ▹Collaborate closely with hosting/infrastructure partners: solution reviews, co-piloting operational performance, continuous improvement
• ▹Document and share knowledge: produce standards, runbooks, implementation guides; facilitate communities of practice and mentor team members
• ▹Produce HLD/LLD documentation, architecture references (patterns, standards, controls), Architecture Decision Records (ADR), technology roadmaps, obsolescence plans, compliance matrices, IaC models (Ansible/Terraform libraries), runbooks and operational documents, security and migration files, and test plans

Requirements

• ▹Higher education in IT (Master's degree, Bac+5)
• ▹Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a technical or product architect role
• ▹Strong command of hybrid environments, virtualized infrastructure and associated security
• ▹Excellent communication, technical leadership posture
• ▹Domain: continuous architecture design, resilience, performance, security by design; virtualization and cloud (IaaS/hybrid, multi-tenant, governance); storage and SAN (performance, replication, snapshots, DR); network and security (segmentation, firewalling, IAM, PKI); operating systems - Windows and Red Hat; automation and scripting - Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform

Nice to have

• ▹Certifications (not mandatory, but appreciated): TOGAF/Architecture, ITIL v4, VMware (VCF), Red Hat (RHCE/RHCSA), HashiCorp Terraform, Ansible, cloud (Azure/AWS)
