Technical Project Manager / DevOps

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the modernization of the AIX infrastructure in a demanding technical context
• ▹Map application flows and the actual usage of middleware (IBM MQ, Axway CFT)
• ▹Deploy automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Shell/Python scripting) to support the migration
• ▹Integrate log analysis, observability (ELK, Splunk, Grafana) and AI solutions to detect usage patterns and anomalies
• ▹Design and populate a centralized repository for technical and functional teams
• ▹Collaborate with stakeholders in Agile/Scrum mode, handling coordination, reporting, and steering committee facilitation
• ▹Support change management and ensure smooth communication with business and technical teams
• ▹Contribute to securing middleware flows, access management, and overall architecture compliance

Requirements

• ▹Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT or equivalent training
• ▹Proven experience of at least 5 years in technical project management, with a strong middleware and infrastructure modernization component
• ▹Systems: AIX, Unix/Linux; Middleware: IBM MQ, Axway CFT; Automation: Ansible, Terraform, Shell, Python; Observability and data: ELK, Splunk, Grafana, Machine Learning tools; DevOps and CI/CD: Git, GitLab, pipelines, automated tests; Methodologies: Agile, Scrum
