Kyndryl is looking for a customer-focused SRE for SAP HANA and SAP R/3 with technical leadership skills, responsible for the reliability, stability and operation of mission-critical SAP environments. A key part of the role is keeping SAP available as a critical business service.

Responsibilities

▹Ensure the availability, stability and performance of SAP HANA and SAP R/3 environments
▹Advanced technical operations and troubleshooting of critical incidents in production
▹Technically lead critical incident management, coordinate during crises and write RCAs
▹Design and operate High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions to ensure service resilience
▹Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs, alerts and degradations to anticipate business impact
▹Collaborate across functional, cloud, security and infrastructure teams
▹Document procedures, lessons learned and continuous improvements focused on reliability and automation
▹Act as technical reference and point of contact in high-pressure situations with internal and/or external customers

Requirements

▹Advanced SAP HANA administration
▹Technical operation of SAP R/3 / ECC / S/4HANA
▹Use of HANA Cockpit
▹SAP troubleshooting
▹High Availability and Disaster Recovery: HANA System Replication, Pacemaker / HA on Linux
▹Critical incident management and root cause analysis (RCA)
▹Advanced Linux (SLES / RHEL)

Nice to have

▹SAP environments on AWS and/or Azure
▹Experience with SAP Focused Run, Solution Manager and HANA Cockpit
▹Performance tuning in SAP HANA
