Responsibilities

• ▹Handling system-technical questions in the area of engineering tools
• ▹Coordinating and leading projects in a process-technical environment
• ▹Acting as the connecting interface between departments, IT and key users
• ▹Supporting colleagues in working with the engineering systems
• ▹Actively contributing to error analysis and improvement proposals
• ▹Passing on knowledge in a structured way through training, guides and documentation

Requirements

• ▹Completed training with a technical or organizational focus (HTL, university of applied sciences, university)
• ▹Initial experience in a corporate environment (process management, system coordination)
• ▹Good understanding of cross-departmental processes and interfaces
• ▹Experience with digital tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Teams and Office 365
• ▹Very good German skills, at least C1 level
• ▹Structured, independent work, keeping an overview across several topics in parallel
