IT Service Desk Specialist - German Speaking

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide first-level support for software and hardware incidents and service requests across Mac, Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google environments
• ▹Engage with users across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and self-service portal
• ▹Thrive as a key member of a truly AI-powered IT support operations team
• ▹Champion the end-users' needs, escalating critical situations as required
• ▹Keep users updated on their request status, guiding them toward the best solutions

Requirements

• ▹University education in IT or related discipline is preferred
• ▹1.5-2 years of experience in call center, service desk, or IT desk-side support
• ▹Experience with Apple and Microsoft operating systems, Google suite, Microsoft Office products, SAP, corporate networks, and video conferencing systems
• ▹Strong troubleshooting, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• ▹Fluency in German and English
