Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and develop a dedicated team of HRIS experts
• ▹Own the Talent & Learning platforms (e.g. Cornerstone On Demand, SmartRecruiters), ensuring top performance and smooth integration with SAP HCM, Microsoft 365 and more
• ▹Collaborate with HR, IT and other stakeholders to align technology with business needs
• ▹Manage budget and external vendors
• ▹Drive system improvements, HR process digitalization and AI innovation
• ▹Act as the go-to advisor for learning, talent and recruitment technologies
• ▹Safeguard system integrity, data quality and compliance
• ▹Facilitate a thriving global Key User community with ongoing upskilling and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or IT, ideally in manufacturing or consulting
• ▹Experience working internationally and managing diverse stakeholders
• ▹Proven leadership and communication skills
• ▹Technical mastery of HR technology (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters or Workday)
• ▹Strong project management skills paired with an analytical mindset
• ▹Fluent in English (C1 or higher)
