Regional SAP S/4 Supply Chain IT Lead - Europe

Responsibilities

• ▹Align the ERP strategy with IT and business leadership and internal/external subject matter experts
• ▹Continuously improve the Supply Chain ecosystem to improve performance, reduce costs, and increase agility
• ▹Oversee the regional Supply Chain team providing development, configuration, and operational support
• ▹Collaborate with Enterprise Applications process leaders to manage demand, set priorities, and deliver projects
• ▹Ensure the security, availability, and performance of the Supply Chain landscape
• ▹Establish, track, and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• ▹Oversee project management activities for Supply Chain projects
• ▹Train, coach, and mentor staff, ensuring knowledge transfer across current and future ERP systems
• ▹Participate in governance bodies (architecture, change and demand management committees, strategy discussions)
• ▹Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements across countries, supporting Corporate Audit

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in MIS or CS (or relevant field) with 12+ years of experience, a Master's with 10+ years, or 14-18 years of equivalent business/IT experience
• ▹10+ years of experience with large-scale ERP platforms in international business environments, including 5+ years in a manufacturing environment (Supply Chain processes)
• ▹Hands-on experience deploying and supporting SAP S/4
• ▹Experience in offshoring and outsourcing of support and operations activities
• ▹Excellent people leadership, with experience managing remote (onshore/offshore), multicultural teams
• ▹Track record of building strong relationships with regional business leaders across stakeholder groups
• ▹Excellent customer service ethic
• ▹Knowledge of supply chain management, finance, and accounting processes
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• ▹Proven track record developing solutions and successfully executing programs in a dynamic environment
• ▹Poise under pressure, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• ▹Project management skills: budget/financial management, scheduling, resource management
• ▹Ability to motivate diverse, virtual teams across time zones
• ▹Experience with contract and vendor negotiations
• ▹High personal integrity, able to professionally handle confidential matters
• ▹Fluent English language skills
