• ▹Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up, sprint planning, reviews, demos, retrospectives and refinement
• ▹Support multiple teams
• ▹Develop people and teams and take a leadership role to help the team reach its potential
• ▹Build networks across the organization

Requirements

• ▹Technical background and experience in software development
• ▹Experience as a Java developer
• ▹Several years of coaching in an agile environment
• ▹Long experience in agile methods and strong communication skills
• ▹Excellent English, fluent verbally and in writing
