Microsoft 365 Support Specialist

Two support specialists are needed for an assignment at a government agency in central Stockholm, acting as a specialised mini-support during and right after the Microsoft 365 rollout. The assignment is security-classified, full-time, six months, starting mid-November 2026.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Provide dedicated support by phone and in the ticketing system, exclusively for Microsoft 365 questions after implementation
  • ▹Offer fast, pedagogical and high-quality troubleshooting and support for MS365 digital meeting platforms, Windows 11 and the Office suite
  • ▹Handle, document, register and route tickets to other support groups when needed
  • ▹Find solutions in existing knowledge bases and create your own when clear documentation is missing
  • ▹Produce new knowledge documentation and FAQs and help build up the knowledge base

Requirements

  • ▹Completed upper secondary education
  • ▹At least 2-4 years of experience in support
  • ▹Very good ability to express yourself clearly in speech and writing in Swedish and English
  • ▹Experience working in ticketing systems, documenting and registering information
  • ▹Good experience troubleshooting and supporting the Office suite, Windows 11 and MS 365 digital meeting platform
  • ▹Able to work under time pressure and set priorities on the spot
  • ▹Pass a security clearance

Nice to have

  • ▹Relevant support training and certifications
  • ▹Experience in phone support or a helpdesk
  • ▹Very good current skills in Word, templates, design mode, SharePoint and mobile platforms such as iPhone and iPad
  • ▹Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft SCCM
  • ▹Experience producing documentation, FAQs and knowledge bases
  • ▹Documented experience in projects where MS365 was introduced
