Responsibilities

• ▹Develop, implement and improve the method for IT services according to ITIL 4
• ▹Act as a link between IT and the business, packaging IT resources as services
• ▹Further develop the method support and help coaches develop, manage and retire services
• ▹Carry out process audits, propose improvements and ensure processes are documented and followed
• ▹Challenge and improve ways of working in application development
• ▹Coach and support in process and ways of working
• ▹Work with the ITIL process leads and Kriminalvården's IT development process (Kit-Up)
• ▹Create the conditions for efficiency, quality and security

Requirements

• ▹Academic degree in systems science, engineering or computer engineering, or other education combined with experience that Kriminalvården deems relevant
• ▹Several years of experience in business architecture and business development
• ▹Experience in solution architecture
• ▹Several years of experience creating and maintaining work processes
• ▹Several years of experience as an agile coach
• ▹Several years of experience understanding business needs and communicating them in an educational way
• ▹Good knowledge of application development and maintenance
• ▹Very good knowledge of business development, agile systems development and the ITIL framework
• ▹Very good spoken and written Swedish

Nice to have

• ▹Architecture certification
• ▹Agile development certification
• ▹ITIL certification
• ▹Experience in DevOps and DevSecOps
• ▹Understanding of security in systems development
• ▹Experience with documentation tools (e.g. UML, ArchiMate) and documentation standards

About the company

Kriminalvården is the Swedish authority responsible for prisons, probation, remand centres and prisoner transport. Its main goal is to reduce reoffending. The application units work mainly in the Microsoft environment, but also with Linux, Docker and Kubernetes; many applications are in-house developed and hosted mainly on-prem.
