The IT department of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service (Kriminalvården) is looking for a scrum master for the team that supports the development environment and application operations. Requirements

▹Academic degree in systems science, engineering or computer engineering, or other education combined with experience that Kriminalvården deems relevant
▹Experience steering and leading a team in daily work
▹Experience in development
▹Experience with Scrum and working as a Scrum Master
▹Experience with agile ways of working
▹Very good spoken and written Swedish
▹Good knowledge of what the Scrum Master role involves and of development in general

Nice to have

▹Scrum Master certification
▹Several years of experience in a large government agency
▹Experience with cross-functional ways of working
▹Experience in large public or complex organizations
▹Experience working close to infrastructure
▹Knowledge of agile development
