Onsite IT technician working from the client's site in Luleå: setting up new offices, onsite support and 2nd line support across the whole lifecycle of the local IT environment. You work as an Eccera consultant on the client assignment.

Responsibilities

▹Plan and coordinate the setup of new offices and workplaces
▹Order, install and configure WAN/LAN, printers and other IT and office solutions
▹Provide onsite and 2nd line support
▹Support workplace, network, telephony, Office solutions and End User Services
▹Troubleshoot and handle incidents and service requests
▹Coordinate local IT deliveries and liaise with external suppliers
▹Act as the local IT resource and super-user for selected services
▹Maintain site information and Configuration Items (CI)
▹Advise the business on IT and best practice

Requirements

▹Previous experience of onsite and/or 2nd line IT support
▹Knowledge of networking, LAN/WAN and TCP/IP
▹Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting IT equipment
▹Experience with Workplace and End User Services
▹Experience with ticket and incident handling
▹Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Nice to have

▹Experience with site setup and establishing new offices or workplaces
▹Experience coordinating IT deliveries and suppliers
▹Experience with configuration management and CIs
▹ITIL experience
▹Knowledge of telephony, printers and Office solutions
▹Category B driving licence
