Responsibilities

• ▹Lead a team developing Python and Golang microservices for the global software distribution engine
• ▹Support team growth and develop the colleagues you manage
• ▹Develop and review code as a leader and provide architectural leadership
• ▹Keep the team focused, productive and unblocked
• ▹Facilitate technical delivery and regularly reflect on strategy and execution with the team
• ▹Collaborate with other Engineering Managers, product managers and architects on an ambitious and achievable engineering roadmap
• ▹Commit to healthy engineering practices, documentation, quality and performance optimisation

Requirements

• ▹Strong technical skills and fluency in the programming language, architecture and components the team uses
• ▹Ability to lead a team and review code
• ▹Passion for clean APIs and test-driven reliability
