
Staff AI Software Engineer
Aircall is looking for an engaged and passionate Staff AI Software Engineer to join its growing engineering department. In this role you will be responsible for the design, development, deployment and operation of AI-driven features that add customer value. Operational excellence, metrics, observability, best practices, evangelization and mentoring across the whole of engineering are part of the day-to-day job. The team uses Node.js and TypeScript back-end stacks hosted on AWS to build resilient services on top of voice that integrate with customers' business-critical tools.

Requirements
- ▹Staff-level software engineering experience
- ▹Experience with Node.js and TypeScript back-end stacks
- ▹Experience building and operating services hosted on AWS
- ▹Experience designing and operating AI-driven features
- ▹Strong focus on operational excellence, metrics and observability
Nice to have
- ▹Experience integrating with CRM, helpdesk or e-commerce systems
