• ▹own projects from conception through shipping
• ▹maintain a high bar for code quality, testing and design discussions
• ▹shape product direction through user interviews and feature brainstorms
• ▹mentor junior teammates and elevate team skills

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of experience building applications
• ▹extensive TypeScript experience
• ▹experience scaling frontend (React, Next.js) and/or backend (Node.js, Mongo, AWS) stacks
• ▹experience at a product-focused startup/scale-up
• ▹high degree of cross-functional collaboration
