Support Engineer - Data Fetching Engineer (Telecom)

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide information from the partner's tool to the customer team
• ▹Analyze issues related to telecom network KPIs
• ▹Investigate issues in customers' networks and partner traffic integrations
• ▹Perform daily operations, maintenance, and problem resolution
• ▹Identify, diagnose, and resolve system-related issues

Requirements

• ▹2-3 years of relevant experience
• ▹SQL knowledge
• ▹Cellular protocol understanding
• ▹Basic Linux, cloud, and cloud-native skills
• ▹Strong customer interaction skills, able to run customer calls independently
• ▹Willingness to work shifts (24/7)
• ▹Willingness to travel on-site for a few days based on business needs

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of the Wireshark tool
