Responsibilities

• ▹ERP development & system support: responsibility for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment and continuous development of the system landscape
• ▹Requirements management: analysis of existing processes and development and implementation of efficient digital solutions and workflows
• ▹Support & optimization: independent error analysis and troubleshooting, taking over second-level support, and steering external partners
• ▹Business Intelligence: overseeing and developing the Business Intelligence landscape (QlikView / Qlik Sense) and optimizing reporting and analysis processes
• ▹Digitalization, process optimization & system integration: analysis of existing processes, contributing to cross-departmental digitalization projects to develop and implement efficient digital solutions, workflows, interfaces, and system integrations
• ▹Collaboration: close coordination with departments and support on system-related questions

Requirements

• ▹Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, plus experience in development, customization, and system architecture
• ▹Very good knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions (QlikView / Qlik Sense), data modeling, and interface technologies
• ▹Confident handling of REST APIs and BC integrations; knowledge of Power Platform and Azure is an advantage
• ▹Interest in digital technologies plus experience contributing to IT and digitalization projects, with a structured, solution-oriented way of working
