Product Owner – Data, Analytics & AI (Tieto Indtech)

Responsibilities

• ▹Curate, prioritize and maintain the team backlog
• ▹Lead backlog refinement, collaborate with UX design and engineering
• ▹Define Definition of Ready and Definition of Done with the team
• ▹Ensure delivery of PI objectives, identify risks and dependencies
• ▹Accept or reject completed backlog items based on acceptance criteria
• ▹Monitor and report on team KPIs
• ▹Ensure built-in quality, testability and automation readiness
• ▹Work with other Product Owners and Architects on interfaces and dependencies
• ▹Engage directly with customers to gather insights and validate solutions

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience as a Product Owner in agile software development, in a Data/Reporting/AI context
• ▹Ability to translate roadmaps into concrete backlog items
• ▹Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) and backlog management
• ▹Solid understanding of Product Management
• ▹Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• ▹Analytical, structured, value-driven mindset
• ▹Fluency in English
• ▹Experience with live/near-real-time reporting, dashboarding and analytical data models
• ▹Knowledge of modern data and AI platform architectures (event-driven pipelines, message-based integrations)
• ▹Familiarity with Power BI, SQL Server (SSIS/SSAS)
• ▹Experience with data platform transformations
• ▹Ability to translate reporting, analytics and AI use cases into product requirements
• ▹Experience with Azure and AI tool stack

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of data governance principles (quality, lineage, access control, metadata), especially in regulated contexts
