Responsibilities

• ▹Capturing, analyzing, and synthesizing business requirements into clear, detailed, prioritized user stories
• ▹Collaborating with technical teams to detail user stories at the functional and technical level
• ▹Maintaining a well-defined, prioritized backlog aligned with product objectives using agile methodologies (Scrum)
• ▹Taking part in agile ceremonies: refinement, planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
• ▹Assisting the team in estimating user stories and tasks for effective sprint planning
• ▹Serving as the point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, gathering feedback and aligning expectations
• ▹Identifying and prioritizing high-impact functionalities to maximize delivered business value

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within agile teams
• ▹Strong functional analysis skills and experience defining user stories
• ▹Sufficient technical knowledge to interact with development teams and detail technical requirements
• ▹Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• ▹Experience managing product backlogs and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• ▹Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and development teams
• ▹Experience with project and backlog management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
• ▹Basic knowledge of UX/UI and user-centered design principles
• ▹Familiarity with DevOps principles and continuous delivery practices
• ▹Fluent English (mandatory)
