Responsibilities

• ▹Maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog
• ▹Writing user stories with acceptance criteria
• ▹Running sprint planning and sprint reviews
• ▹Gathering and clarifying stakeholder requirements
• ▹Performing feature acceptance
• ▹Developing product vision and roadmap
• ▹Answering the team's domain questions
• ▹Coordinating release planning

Requirements

• ▹Degree in computer science, business informatics or equivalent
• ▹Several years of experience in software development or product management
• ▹Knowledge of Scrum and agile methods
• ▹Familiarity with backlog tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• ▹Software development and architecture knowledge
• ▹Analytical and strategic thinking
• ▹Strong communication skills
• ▹Decisiveness and strong prioritization skills
• ▹Team player with stakeholder management competence

Nice to have

• ▹Agile certification (CSPO/PSPO)
