Responsibilities

• ▹Own product delivery: translate product ideas and requirements into effective, user-centric solutions
• ▹Structure requirements and make well-founded product decisions together with stakeholders
• ▹Collaborate in an agile setup with internal teams and external development partners
• ▹Moderate SCRUM ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and take on Scrum Master-like tasks
• ▹Integrate requirements for regulated environments (e.g. ISO 13485) into product development
• ▹Work with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) to ensure transparency and traceability

Requirements

• ▹Several years of solid experience as a Product Owner in software product development
• ▹Deep understanding of agile, SCRUM-based product development
• ▹Scrum Master or Agile Coach certification is a plus
• ▹Experience developing software in regulated environments (e.g. medical devices, pharma, healthtech)
• ▹Routine use of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• ▹Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and provide direction
• ▹Clear, structured communication and strong understanding of users and the market
