Product Owner

Responsibilities

• ▹Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, definition, delivery, and post-launch optimization
• ▹Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
• ▹Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria; maintain a prioritized backlog
• ▹Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Data teams
• ▹Perform market and competitor analysis to inform feature prioritization
• ▹Define and track KPIs, leading and lagging indicators
• ▹Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• ▹Communicate product decisions, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders
• ▹Mentor junior POs and contribute to the product chapter's knowledge-sharing culture

Requirements

• ▹Fluent English
• ▹2+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles
• ▹Strong analytical skills with experience working with data
• ▹Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• ▹Ability to write clear user stories, specs, and technical documentation
• ▹Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
• ▹Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• ▹High ownership and execution mindset

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
• ▹Experience with APIs, payment orchestration, or PSPs
• ▹Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns
• ▹Background in top-tier consulting or fast-scaling tech companies
• ▹Strong business acumen with a data-driven mindset
