Senior Corporate IT Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the MDM platform (Jamf, Intune, or Kandji) for a distributed macOS and Windows fleet: zero-touch provisioning, patching, configuration-as-code
• ▹Administer the identity provider (Okta or equivalent), SSO, MFA, and SCIM; automate onboarding and offboarding
• ▹Manage the SaaS stack, such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, reining in shadow IT and OAuth risk
• ▹Build and maintain controls, access reviews, and audit evidence for compliance: SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001
• ▹Replace manual work with scripting and workflow automation: Python, Okta Workflows, or similar
• ▹Act as the senior escalation point for complex IT issues, maintain runbooks and documentation, mentor the IT team
• ▹Build AI-driven automation for IT and helpdesk processes

Requirements

• ▹5+ years in corporate IT, IT operations, or IT systems engineering, ideally supporting a distributed workforce
• ▹MDM expertise: hands-on with Jamf Pro, Intune, or Kandji for macOS environments
