Responsibilities

• ▹Architect and build robust, scalable, and maintainable systems
• ▹Drive the successful delivery of complex, cross-team projects, meeting business goals on time
• ▹Contribute to the technical vision and roadmap, helping define and execute engineering strategy
• ▹Work closely with product, design, and stakeholders, translating technical concepts clearly
• ▹Optimize performance and scalability through efficient algorithms and clean code
• ▹Safeguard quality through rigorous testing and reviews
• ▹Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team
• ▹Use AI-assisted tooling fluently across design, implementation, testing, and review

Requirements

• ▹Extensive software engineering experience, with deep expertise in Go and/or Kotlin and strength across the full stack
• ▹A proven track record designing and building robust, scalable, and maintainable systems, with a solid grasp of architecture principles
• ▹Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems
