Product Owner

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the roadmap and ongoing evolution of assigned capabilities
• ▹Maintain a healthy, prioritised and delivery-ready backlog
• ▹Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria
• ▹Support Engineering with timely clarification and decision making
• ▹Validate delivered solutions against agreed business objectives
• ▹Coordinate with QA to ensure successful business acceptance
• ▹Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions
• ▹Monitor product performance and adoption

Requirements

• ▹Significant experience as a Product Owner within software or digital platforms
• ▹Proven experience working closely with Engineering teams
• ▹Strong project, backlog management and prioritisation skills
• ▹Experience translating business requirements into clear product requirements
• ▹Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• ▹Experience delivering complex software products within Agile environments
