Responsibilities

• ▹Own end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects
• ▹Build and grow long-term client relationships
• ▹Lead, hire, and develop cross-functional technical teams
• ▹Drive account growth through upselling and strategic partnerships
• ▹Manage project budgets, risks, resources, and delivery quality
• ▹Improve delivery processes and operational excellence
• ▹Travel to the U.S. up to 4-6 weeks per year

Requirements

• ▹10+ years in Project Management, including 3+ years in Technical Delivery or Program Management
• ▹5+ years managing executive-level client relationships
• ▹5+ years leading software delivery teams in a consultancy environment
• ▹Technical background in Software Development or QA
• ▹Experience with legacy modernization and greenfield projects
• ▹Jira and Confluence proficiency
• ▹AI-forward mindset and excellent English communication skills
• ▹Willingness to travel to the U.S.
