Responsibilities

• ▹Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and expectations are clearly defined and achieved.
• ▹Monitor project financials by tracking project phases, aligning billing milestones, and ensuring accurate revenue forecasting, invoicing, and collections.
• ▹Coordinate cross-functional teams on a daily basis, proactively removing obstacles and maintaining alignment on priorities.
• ▹Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders with clear, timely updates and actionable recommendations.
• ▹Continuously look for opportunities to optimize delivery processes for efficient execution.
• ▹Assist Pre-Sale Managers with proposals – gathering solution requirements, aligning with R&D and BA teams, and providing timeline estimates.
• ▹Build a project plan and obtain internal and customer approval.
• ▹Present the project scope both internally and externally during the kick-off meeting.
• ▹Coordinate software deliveries from 3rd parties.
• ▹Utilize PMI-recognized best practices (scope, time, resource, quality, risk, cost, communication management), follow company PM processes, and perform PMO tasks including revenue forecasting and tracking, resource allocation, billing, and collections.
• ▹Provide weekly status updates on project progress, risks, and outstanding issues.
• ▹Manage client relationships through various interactions.
• ▹Foster team collaboration and motivation to enhance project efficiency and morale.

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or an IT-related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• ▹Basic telephony knowledge.
• ▹Fluent English.

Nice to have

• ▹Experience managing a variety of project sizes simultaneously.
• ▹5-8 years of Project Management experience in high-tech systems implementation.
• ▹Experience with Salesforce, OpenAir, Confluence/Jira, MS Project, and SharePoint.
