Responsibilities

• ▹Own the SAP platform roadmap across all modules and workstreams, coordinating priorities with the FICO and SD Architects and business stakeholders
• ▹Manage the end-to-end change request (CR) pipeline: intake, triage, cross-module dependency mapping, prioritization, and delivery tracking on the Jira SAP project board
• ▹Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP across the business
• ▹Facilitate release planning and go-live coordination across workstreams, ensuring UAT sign-off and cutover readiness
• ▹Identify and drive quick-win automation opportunities with the Integration Architect and the n8n platform
• ▹Own the SAP BTP layer: iFlow configuration and maintenance, certificate rotations, OAuth/mTLS administration, incident response

Requirements

• ▹Experience coordinating and leading SAP S/4HANA programmes at platform/PMO level
• ▹Proficiency managing the SAP BTP layer (iFlows, certificate management, e-invoicing compliance)
• ▹Experience running Jira-based change request pipelines
• ▹Ability to coordinate complex, cross-workstream projects across 38 legal entities in 25+ countries
• ▹Familiarity with integration touchpoints between SAP and other systems (Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, Dynamics 365)
