Responsibilities

• ▹Own full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment, delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
• ▹Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define role requirements, develop compelling position profiles, and align on hiring priorities and timelines
• ▹Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events, etc.)
• ▹Proactively identify, engage, and close top technical candidates in a competitive market
• ▹Manage and continuously optimize the interview process, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and equitable hiring practices
• ▹Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate experience) to hiring managers and leadership

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
• ▹Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies that align with business objectives
• ▹A well-established network within the tech industry
• ▹Ability to navigate ambiguity to adapt to the ever-changing needs of a growing organization
• ▹Proficiency in using recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions and improve processes
• ▹Strong collaboration skills, working cross-functionally
