Software Engineer, Agent (Brazilian Portuguese speaking)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and ship reliable, intuitive, production-grade AI agents that are mission-critical and drive revenue
• ▹Own the full Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC), from pilot through continuous iteration
• ▹Partner with large enterprises and startups to understand challenges and build scalable AI agents
• ▹Shape the platform's future: surface unmet needs, prototype new tools, collaborate with research, product and platform
• ▹Example projects: agents that reduce telecom/media subscription churn, complex customer interactions (e.g. device troubleshooting, product recommendation), industry-specific agent frameworks, integrating voice models

Requirements

• ▹Professional fluency in both Brazilian Portuguese and English
• ▹Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
• ▹Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
• ▹A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency
• ▹Comfort working directly with customers
• ▹Excellent communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
• ▹Founder or founding engineer experience
• ▹Familiarity with AI agent tooling: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering
• ▹Experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
• ▹Prior customer-facing or technical project leadership roles
