Role in Vodafone's service and operations team, taking E2E ownership of business and wholesale services.
Responsibilities
- ▹Take E2E responsibility for one or more business services
- ▹Own the service concept document and keep it current and complete
- ▹Analyze national and international customer requirements for feasibility and effort
- ▹Develop standards within problem management for new and changed business/wholesale services
- ▹Regularly and independently propose and implement concrete service-quality improvements
Requirements
- ▹Completed technical degree (telecommunications, electronics, IT) or comparable vocational training
- ▹At least 4 years of professional experience
- ▹Proven knowledge of project management and presentation techniques
- ▹Knowledge of network, transmission and signaling protocols in mobile and fixed telecommunications
- ▹Fluent (C1) English
Nice to have
- ▹CCNA/CCNP certification (Routing & Switching, Voice, Collaboration)
