Service Engineer (Expert)

Responsibilities

• ▹Take E2E responsibility for one or more business services
• ▹Own the service concept document and keep it current and complete
• ▹Analyze national and international customer requirements for feasibility and effort
• ▹Develop standards within problem management for new and changed business/wholesale services
• ▹Regularly and independently propose and implement concrete service-quality improvements

Requirements

• ▹Completed technical degree (telecommunications, electronics, IT) or comparable vocational training
• ▹At least 4 years of professional experience
• ▹Proven knowledge of project management and presentation techniques
• ▹Knowledge of network, transmission and signaling protocols in mobile and fixed telecommunications
• ▹Fluent (C1) English

Nice to have

• ▹CCNA/CCNP certification (Routing & Switching, Voice, Collaboration)
