You'll build the contract and service stack that defines what insurance coverage Alan's members get across four (and more) countries with a single configurable system. The team equips sales with tools to craft, price and contractualize offers in real time, and powers automated renewals, while bridging complex regulation and simple user experience.
Responsibilities
- ▹Build a next-gen healthcare framework: one system powering multiple products across 4+ countries
- ▹Build an AI-powered acquisition engine for real-time coverage customization, pricing and contract generation
- ▹Build an automated renewal system that adjusts coverage annually for legal and economic changes
- ▹Manage contract lifecycles for legal compliance and loss-ratio equilibrium
- ▹Collaborate with insurance experts, sales teams and other engineering teams
Requirements
- ▹3+ years building scalable backend systems
- ▹Experience with high-traffic applications that real users depend on
- ▹Experience with Python/Flask, React and PostgreSQL
Nice to have
- ▹Experience in insurance or regulated domains
- ▹Experience with real-time pricing or complex domain modelling
