• ▹Spearhead servicing improvements by setting product direction and aligning engineering, design and operations
• ▹Provide strategic direction, own the product roadmap, define KPIs/OKRs
• ▹Collaborate closely with Design, Analytics, Data Science, Operations and Compliance teams
• ▹Oversee execution of key projects, including decreasing customer friction, automating reviews and assisting agents in decision-making
