Responsibilities

• ▹Deploy, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL clusters on Kubernetes, owning high availability, performance, backups, and disaster recovery.
• ▹Develop, maintain, and enhance Kubernetes operators and controllers in Go to automate database and platform operations.
• ▹Design, build, and operate highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS across multiple accounts and regions.

Requirements

• ▹Solid background in infrastructure engineering with hands-on experience running databases on cloud platforms.
• ▹Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, and Go.
• ▹Pragmatic, best-practices-driven approach, with the judgment to know when a custom solution is needed.
• ▹Comfortable working in an all-remote team within EU or Eastern US timezones.
