SAP SuccessFactors Integration Support Consultant (Denmark, DK)

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide day-to-day support for SAP SuccessFactors integrations and interfaces
• ▹Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related incidents and service requests
• ▹Monitor integration processes and proactively identify potential issues
• ▹Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and support processes
• ▹Collaborate with clients, functional consultants, and technical teams
• ▹Support testing, deployments, and minor enhancements of existing integrations
• ▹Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• ▹Participate in client meetings and provide regular updates

Requirements

• ▹Experience working in a similar role
• ▹Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
• ▹Understanding of integration concepts, interfaces, and troubleshooting methodologies
• ▹Experience working in a ticket-based support environment, managing priorities by SLA
• ▹Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a client-facing environment
• ▹Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• ▹Fluency in English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience configuring or supporting IAS (Identity Authentication Service) and IPS (Identity Provisioning Service)
• ▹Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors APIs and OData services
