Senior SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant (Copenhagen, DK)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors integration projects, from requirements gathering through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• ▹Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP, and third-party systems
• ▹Act as a trusted advisor to clients on integration architecture, best practices, and solution design
• ▹Facilitate client workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions
• ▹Configure, develop, and support integrations using SAP integration technologies
• ▹Define and maintain integration standards, reusable assets, and technical documentation
• ▹Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders
• ▹Ensure integration security, compliance, and adherence to enterprise architecture standards

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of experience in SAP integration and SuccessFactors projects
• ▹SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
• ▹Experience configuring and supporting IAS (Identity Authentication Service) and IPS (Identity Provisioning Service)
• ▹Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs
• ▹Client-facing consulting experience, including workshops, advisory engagements, and stakeholder management
• ▹Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• ▹Fluency in English

• ▹SAP BTP and integration-related certifications (e.g. SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP Architect)
