Senior SAP Sales and Service Cloud Consultant

Responsibilities

• ▹Advise clients on the introduction and further development of SAP Sales and Service Cloud (formerly C4C) solutions
• ▹Analyze and optimize existing sales and service processes to make them more digital and efficient
• ▹Conceive, configure, and implement SAP Cloud solutions, including integration with existing SAP or third-party systems
• ▹Conduct workshops and training sessions with users and key users
• ▹Support the sales team in presales activities and Fit-to-Standard assessments
• ▹Work closely with delivery teams in Europe, the Americas, and India

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification
• ▹At least 5 years of SAP consulting experience with a focus on SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• ▹Solid process understanding in sales, customer service, or field service
• ▹Experience with the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), particularly integrating SAP Sales & Service Cloud
• ▹Change management experience in SAP CX projects
• ▹Independent, structured, solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of initiative
• ▹Very good German and English

Nice to have

• ▹Early experience with the new SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2
• ▹Experience with SAP Emarsys or other marketing automation solutions
• ▹Experience developing and extending the SAP CX Suite, e.g. via side-by-side extensions or SDK/PDI
