(Senior) ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• ▹Support the introduction and configuration of ServiceNow products
• ▹Develop specific ServiceNow requirements and applications
• ▹Customize topic-specific modules and optimize their use
• ▹Implement and coordinate interfaces to other systems
• ▹Actively support projects and ensure careful documentation
• ▹Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos in German and English
• ▹Plan training sessions and workshops for introducing the ServiceNow platform

Requirements

• ▹Completed IT degree or comparable qualification with relevant experience
• ▹Several years of experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions
• ▹ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
• ▹ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in at least one of: CSM, FSM, or SPM
• ▹Confident use of ServiceNow development tools (Studio, Scoped Applications, Update Sets)
• ▹Strong JavaScript knowledge and scripting concepts (Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts)
• ▹Very good German and English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with methodologies such as Scrum or ITIL
