Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer

Responsibilities

• ▹Participating in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish the future state
• ▹Designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions based on defined technical architecture and leading practices
• ▹Consulting, installing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow products across domains (Platform, Customer Experience & industry solutions, Technology Excellence, Employee Experience)
• ▹Developing custom solutions through scripting and application development
• ▹Preparing technical documentation as specified in customer contracts and internal requirements
• ▹Maintaining skills in HAM, SAM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, ERM and industry product offerings

Requirements

• ▹5+ years experience implementing ServiceNow
• ▹Strong ServiceNow core capabilities knowledge, including ITSM and any of HAM, SAM, HRSD, ERM, FSM
• ▹Industry domain expertise in Telecommunications, Banking/Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Government, Field Services, Procurement, etc.
• ▹Understanding of integrations, data models, and process automation, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• ▹JavaScript
• ▹Ability to travel up to 25%
• ▹Interpersonal skills - leadership, communication, negotiation, focus on details, prioritization, decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Ability to meet deadlines by working under pressure
• ▹Good presentation skills
• ▹Fluent English (Verbal and Written)
